Intro.

Since changing my lifestyle, I have often been asked by those around me for advice.  I often get asked examples of my workouts, the foods I eat and most commonly "how did you lose weight so easily".  Don't get me wrong, it wasn't easy, and I'm still not done, but for me this is a lifestyle change.  I spent hours researching different foods and exercises, things I could substitute in my life, and healthier ways of living.

So, I have decided to create a blog, a way to share my knowledge with anybody wanting to know about my lifestyle.  I am by no means a nutritionist, I would love to study nutrition, as I am so enthusiastic about food and well being.  But for now, this blog is merely what I've leant, and what I'm continuing to learn everyday.

I'm not saying this will ensure weightless, but I can nearly guarantee you will feel better, and that's what it's all about.
